  The employees made my experience a mostly pleasant one. They showed compassion for my family and understood what we were going through and were able to tailor their care to that unique situation.

  I have used Heritage Memorial a few times now, and while I didn't have to, they are always great. Their employees are kind and meet our needs. They are just very compassionate people who know how to deal with grieving families and make them comfortable.

  I was offered quite a few options during the initial meetings, which I appreciated. I received a lot of information and was able to make informed decisions because of the helpful employees. They were all extremely respectful and quite friendly.
